New hotel in Subotica. I liked the hospitality of the staff, especially Isabel. I was offered refreshments upon arrival late in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was great, great selection of local food. I will definitely come back here again.

Very nice town, with a relaxed atmosphere.
Very nice town, with a relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly & helpful people.
Older style streets lined with trees which made for a very pleasant, cool environment even in 34C. Newer streets & areas complete opposite - we've lost the plot somewhere along the line.
Several places of interest & museums e.g. the China museum was interesting & the guide was very good. 160+ steps to the top of the tower giving great views of the city.
A little quirk is that if you don't buy your bus tickets at the bus station and need to catch the bus from the bus station, you have to pay a platform/entry fee to the station (Beograd is the same).

A very beautiful small town even more Hungarian than Serbian.
I recommend scheduling a tour of the Town Hall (and its observation deck) at 12:00 from Tuesday to Saturday.
The central square is more beautiful at night than during the day: buildings and fountains are very beautifully illuminated.

Subotica is a nice little town, clean, coquette and the main attractions are located close to each other, meaning that you can explore the town during a nice, peaceful walk admiring the architecture, the beautiful renovated art nouveau buildings. Also, the town has a lot of shade, a lot of big trees, making it really confortable during summer.

Subotica is really a nice town in Vojvodina, Serbia.
Subotica is really a nice town in Vojvodina, Serbia. Tourist information is really helpfull. In summer you can rent bikes. Lake Palic is a nice short trip from 30 minutes with bus 6 away from Subotica. Most people can speak beside Serbian and Hungarian also English which makes things easier to get around. Nice cute pedestrian area with nice cafe's and restaurants and beautyfull buildings in the center. I was there in summer once also now in wintertime during Christmas, very nice Christmas market in the center. Food is good too. Nowadays a little hard to reach as the Serbian and Hungarian railways are still busy fixing the railwayline, but if you manage to reach somehow Subotica or Szabadka in Hungarian, the town and surroundings are really worth it. Railway might work again next year. Well, who knows. I hope it.

Subotica was a delightful surprise.
Subotica was a delightful surprise.
The town has a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful main square, as well as one of the most beautiful renovated synagogues in the world.
The art nouveau buildings are most lovely and one of them, Raichle Palace, now an excellent art gallery, backs onto a fine restaurant with a charming garden.
Locals are most friendly and helpful.

Subotica is a great place to visit for a weekend.
Subotica is a great place to visit for a weekend.
First day we walked around the city, enjoyed beautiful architecture, visited a museum and some parks.
On the second day we went to the lake Palic. It's a very nice place - big lake and big park around it. There's a good infrastructure there - cafes, bycicle rent. So we rent a bike and went around the lake and nearby.
Perfect weekend!
The apartment satisfied basically all our needs for a short term stay. Really liked the overall atmosphere of the flat, and the balcony was excellent for a morning coffee or a quick read. The living room is spacious and cozy.
Location of the property is excellent, it's basically a five minute walk to the absolute city center of Subotica. Bus stop to Palić is a corner away.
Nikola is a very friendly host who has provided us with a plethora of suggestions, places to visit etc. for our stay in Subotica.
Thanks again!
Brand new apartment in the new building, in quiet neighbourhood. Just few minutes walk from the city center. Modern design and furniture, very stylish and luxurious! Extra clean, very spacious, bright and warm. The lighting in the whole apartment is amazing. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds.
The owner is very professional, kind and helpful. There was a welcome wine and water and some candies. For sure we will go back to enjoy our stay in this gem in beautiful Subotica!
This property is a gem! The linen was all white and everything was spic and span clean. Forgot my hairdryer at home and was pleasantly surprised there was one under the bathroom sink. Enjoyed sitting out on a private balcony in my pjs early in the morning with a view of the lit up steeple of City Hall. Walking distance to downtown was a huge plus. Would stay here in a heartbeat on my next visit to my birth city Subotica! Thank you Gabi and Ildiko😘
I loved everything about the apartment, it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, the bed was the best I had in Serbia. The location is quiet, with 2 supermarkets nearby, but just a short walk to the centre. The hosts were great, spoke English and were very generous with what they leave in stock in the kitchen. The building is modern & secure, and there is an underground parking space. I hope it's available next time I'm in Subotica
Small, but very neat studio apartments with central location.
Kitchen is equipped very well, nice clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Nice view over tiled roofs.
Smoking is prohibited in the room, so there is no unpleasant smell, which could be a problem in Serbia sometimes, but there is small balcony for smokers.
Very nice host.
Perfect place for short stay for single or couple.
Everything was perfect. They were able to check us in even late in the night, after 10 pm and saved a parking spot for us in front of the hotel.
We had additional requests and they arranged everything for us.
The room was air-conditioned, it had a fridge and a TV. There are clean towels and hair drier in the toilet.
Very clean and disinfected. We would go there again.
Everything and all. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and the kitchen area was large and had furniture to double up as a working area for an IT geek. The location was as central as it gets - and had plenty of very cheap public parking around, which was incredible. If I were to stay in Subotica again, I'd look no further.
Crazy good value and charming apartment right in the best part of Subotica. As close as you can get to the train station and bus stations, but still in the pedestrian only center. Great quiet place in the courtyard. Nicest apartment in Siberia I've stayed in. The host is super super friendly and check in was easy. The courtyard garden patio is great too.
I've been coming to this hotel for many years, and will continue to do so when I need some proper rest and quality service. You can't beat the location, the staff is most helpful with any requests, the rooms are clean, large, cozy, with balconies to enjoy the rooftops of Subotica. Very highly recommended
The rooms are clean.
The bed is comfortable.
The building is well maintained.
There is drinking water provided (as tap water in Subotica is really substandard comparing with rest of Serbia).
There is privacy and quietness.
Ideal if you need room for 1 or few more days in Subotica.
We had an amazing stay at Apartment Studio TEO. Host was very kind and welcoming and showed us whereabouts of the town. Place was extremely clean, cozy, and in the great location, very close to the city center. Highly recommend to stay here if you ever visit beautiful Subotica!
Staff - it's a small hotel with incredibly nice treatment of the guests
Location - just a few minutes from the historical center of Subotica
Parking - several spots near the hotel
Room was truly big with separate small kitchen
Extremely clean
Wide apartment, located close to the center, recently built and nicely furnished. On top, the landlords are very kind and helped us a lot arranging our year-end celebration.
A must when you come to Subotica.
Very good location. The apartment was fully equipped, like a 4-5 star hotel room. The host was extra helpful. We can just recommend to everybody this accommodation who visits Suboticu.
perfect location near bus and railway station Subotica. There is big supermarket and bread shop near apartment. Very clean. Very good internet. Very friendly owner. Thank you
